1. Measurement of customer satisfaction:
Customer satisfaction is studied at the outcome of the yearly satisfaction survey. It is carried out on the basis of an ad hoc form.
The lessons drawn from this information are considered within the scope of the management review.
2. Internal audits:
The activities of CORIS BioConcept are regularly submitted to internal audits, which are conducted either by the RAQ or by management. The results of the internal audits are the subject of a report. The reports and/or conclusions of the internal audits are considered within the scope of management reviews.
3. External audits:
The activities of CORIS BioConcept are also evaluated by an external company audits. The results of these audits are analysed at the time of the management review. The personnel is informed of these conclusions and the ensuing actions.
4. Follow-up of objectives – Measurements of products and processes:
Quality objectives are the subject of follow-up as to whether they have given satisfaction. The results obtained are the subject of critical analysis within the scope of the management review.
5. Control of nonconformances:
Non conformances are recorded in the ad hoc notebook and handled and settled straightaway.
6. Corrective and preventive actions:
The different sources of identification of needs or opportunities for corrective and/or preventive actions:
- Nonconformances
- suggestions from co-workers
- measurements of customer satisfaction
- internal and external audits
- follow-up of objectives
- management reviews
- meeting of partners
- monthly meetings
- monitoring committee
Corrective and/or preventive actions are reviewed by the RAQ, who reports them to the management committee. They are the subject of follow-up regarding their effectiveness within the scope of the management review.
7. Process improvements:
The ongoing improvement of processes is assured and achieved by the combination of corrective and/or preventive actions, or objectives and corresponding action plans. The above procedures are implemented to measure the continuous improvement of results.
