1. Personnel:
CORIS BioConcept has permanent staff at its disposal for carrying out its tasks. The staff in question meet the documented training and qualification criteria.
The management committee is responsible for selecting and examining the skills of members of personnel.
The job descriptions of co-workers are defined and formalised. Improvements in working conditions and the search for new working methods are planned and reviewed at regular intervals at meetings with the personnel.
2. Continuous training:
The skills of co-workers of CORIS BioConcept are regularly improved by the planning of in-house and external training courses.
An external work/training seminar, lasting at least 1 day, is organised by management for that purpose on a yearly basis.
A regularly reviewed skill evaluation schedule makes it possible to evaluate training needs.
3. Safety, health, environment:
In accordance with company policy, the management of CORIS BioConcept takes safety, health and environmental issues into account.
All possible steps are taken to provide for the maximum safety of all the parties concerned (co-workers, customers, partners, community, etc.). Both as far as health and the environment are concerned.
The safety, health and environment policy has clearly defined objectives, which are examined and reviewed at regular intervals.
4. Information:
The co-workers of CORIS BioConcept have the necessary information at their disposal in the form of documents, procedures and forms applicable to the CORIS BioConcept quality system.
5. Communication:
Communication is systemised through regular meetings with follow-up of the resolutions.
A number of documents and records of the CORIS BioConcept management system must be accessible to the parties concerned (co-workers, public, accreditation department, monitoring committee, customers, etc.).
These documents are available in a paper form or computerised form (Websites) with a presentation that can be easily accessed.
These include in particular:
- inspection certificates
- certificates of conformity (EC, AFSSAPS, etc.)
- etc.
6. Finances:
CORIS BioConcept has a set of financial parameters to ensure correct financial management in line with internal policy.
Management executives have relevant and significant indicators available for the management of the performances of their basic processes. The review, interpretation and exploitation of indicators are systematic and regular.
